So I'm looking into the options of putting together a eBIAB system.

Looking to have the ability to recirculate during the mash.

I'm not interested in building a panel and I don't need too much automation. While googling for temperature controllers I found this on Amazon

I've googled the forum and only found it used for fermentation chambers. I'm wondering if anyone has used this to control their mash temperature. It is rated for 1650 watts and temperatures up to 250 degrees. I'm looking into a two element 1650watt, 120v system so I figure I can plug one element into this controller to maintain the mash temperature.

When it is time for the boil just unplug the element from the controller and plug it into a GFCI outlet. The second element would be plugged into a different GFCI circuit.

Any thoughts if this should work.
