New HERMS keggle rig all tidied up in the brew shed with the fermenter.

I cut down the stainless table so that the keggles are at waist height.

Next i have to finish building the "toolbox" pump box...

Here is my single tier setup. The maiden voyage was two weekends ago and some minor tweaks are needed. The burners store on the lower shelf but sit on top when in use. Natural gas conversion. I can also roll it around as it is on locking casters. Also made an overly complicated fly sparge arm...

I wanted to have the 4 adjustment slots to allow tightening of the gear belt I was using. 1/4 plate allowed the 4 6mm socket head screws to be counter bored.
Here is the plate I made.

Nice work! I like the cog belt idea. It should greatly reduce the side loading on the bushings / bearings.

I’ve moved to a minimal sparge method using room temp water instead of having a separate HLT & have enjoyed having one less vessel to deal with. It’s amazing how simpler brew day is when you’ve got a dedicated bench for your gear.
