10 lbs of grain, 5 gals of water in an 8 gal kettle, with strainer bucket in a retired yet repurposed fermenter bucket in the foreground for sparging.

well poops, Wish I would of seen this earlier, Would of taken a pic of my bag hanging earlier.... maybe next brew
 
Looks like I hit my OG...or at least close enough.
Drank the hydrometer flask...tastes of strong Citra and very sweet.
Should be a nice little NEIPA when finished.

My home made sack. Making the Dubbel today. Overshot mash efficiency, hit 88%. Now I have to decide between more beer or stronger beer.

According to the ash catcher on that kettle, you have a classic. Careful using that brush to clean the grate. There’ve been reports on metal threads coming off ending up in food.
