Hello all,
First time brewer so any advice is appreciated. I am working on an American Pale Ale that I boiled 3 days ago. Everything went great, and I strained the trub while initially pouring the wort into the fermenter. Filled to 5 gallons, pitched the rehydrated yeast, mixed, and sealed. The airlock began to bubble steadily a day and a half ago, and I'm starting to think about bottling preparation although it's still 2+ weeks away.
My question is would you use a bottling bucket or just bottle from the fermenter given there shouldn't be much trub? And if I should use a bottling bucket, should I get one with a spigot or can I just reuse the siphon, racing cane, and bottle filler?
Thanks everyone. Rock n Roll.
