I have 2 cans of coopers Australian Pale Ale and 2 boxes for Brew Enhancer 2. What recipe would give the best results. Should I use the 2 cans on their own with one of the yeast packets? Do I need to add the Brew Enhancer 2 as well if I use both cans or would that be too much.

Or mabye I should just make 2 single brews like j hand find before with 1 tin and one box of BE2.

Any insights into what will give best results.

Not really looking for anything over 5% abv.

Thanks, I'll have a look. Does using 2 cans of extract make a big difference?

Here is another site which has a recipe database.

If you used two cans of the extract you would be doubling the strength of the beer unless the volume going into your fermentor is 12 gallons.

Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 (1kg) contains dextrose, maltodextrin and Light Dry Malt. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavors whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention. I would recommend using the brew enhancer 2 if you use one can or two.

The yeast would need to be increased if you double up the recipe.
