It’s been a bit since I’ve done any brewing; I moved, changed jobs, and took a break from brewing. I’m going through my brew stuff to try and get everything set back up and had a question about old brewing ingredients.

I’m not talking about grain, hops, or yeast. I’ve got a couple of bottles of various brewing additives that are probably 5-6 years old. Things like yeast nutrient, Camden tablets (for meads), gypsum, acid blends, etc.

None of these items have a printed expiration or best-by date, so I’m wondering: should I keep them and not worry about it or plan to restock with fresh supplies as needed?
