My first brew was in the beginning of Dec. It was a holiday ale kit from brewers best. It went well, but I let my fermentation temp get away 77+ and I have a ton of fusel as well as a "sweetness"
I left it in primarily for 2 weeks, secondary for 3 and bottled. I just cracked one open and it is pretty close to undrinkable.....
Should I dump it or give it time?
