I'm a Georgia boy who picked up a 6'er of this whilst in Michigan a few weeks ago, and was wondering what yeast these guys used. I was going to add the dregs in the bottle to a yeast starter and add this strain to my yeast collection.
I searched, and all the recipes I found for clones use different strains of yeast (1056, wlp001, etc). So, anyone know what yeast might be in the bottom of the bottle?
