I have had a 2L starter (Wyeast 1056) in the fridge for 3 days cold crashing, and now I have been delayed in my brew day.

Is it ok to leave it in the fridge for another few days? Should I decant the liquid off and put it back in?

My amateur opinion says you are ok. I have pitched a starter after 5 days in the fridge. Its the same as buying fresh and storing it in the fridge. I may be wrong, maybe someone more scientific can correct me, but I say RDWHAHB.
Cheers

I've left my starters cold crashing for a week. When it it time to pitch, decant and then put your starter back on the stir plate for 10 or 15 minutes to get your yeast back in suspension, otherwise it is hard to get the yeast out of the starter.
