Sheaves

Does anyone know where I can find sheaves with a 3/8" ID...both my motor and mill need to have 3/8" bore diameter sheaves and I can only find 1/2" or bigger...is there a way to get a 1/2" to work with the 3/8"

Get some bushings. They are dirt cheap. A bushing looks like a piece of tubing. For you it will be 3/8" ID - 1/2" OD. A very common size. Then you can use sheaves with 1/2" bore.

Trying to use a bushing is going to cause you a lot of frustration.
