Did this red ale at the end of May and bottled on June 9th. Had some early ones of course due to impatience but found the best time, or maybe not? Head retention is pretty weak and lacing is minimal but it's tastier than a Rickards Red, which is what I was going for. Happy belated Independence to all the Americans
