Very detailed. I like how you describe your process as well.

One thing I do is create an actual space on the page to write my measurements (temp, pH, SG, Brix) at each step where needed. That helps remind me to take the measurements at the right time and write them down quickly in the rush of activity. When I was tuning my process, I recorded the start and end time of each step, but now that I'm in a routine that's not so important.

Also, I record the name of the brew and date, outside temp (relevant for immersion chilling), and the weight of my propane tank before and after (helps me remember when to get a refill). Then I keep the handwritten sheet for posterity after copying over the relevant numbers to software. Sometimes I go back to see some mundane detail about a step I did on another brew.
