Serious problem with my beer, I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Seems like I got my beer honed into tasting like I like it. Not always the same, by design, but always very good to excellent .

Sometimes it is hard to stop drinking it because it tastes so good. Not really a problem actually , but does require some restraint.

No real mystery, I've brewed a lot of beer in the last few years, and paid attention and tried to improve. But darn, isn't it great when you get your beer to the point it is your first choice of drinks?

"dolls" falling out of your closet and all. ;}

damn that was like a year ago, you still remember that...'bride of chucky' attacking my drying racks?

and i'm not weird, it's just with all the homebrew, it's hard for me to be in a bad mood! ;)

You go by chucky as well?

lol, no....i swear the doll did it! it was a porclein doll on the top rack, probably weighs 5 lbs and it was windy outside shaking the house......
