Senior Capstone Project help

I am an industrial design student working on minimizing a 5-10 gallon all-grain brew system to fit into a small apartment or small home. I will be working on this project for the next 4 months but right now am in the research phase. as part of my research i am surveying people who brew beer at home about their experiences and how they interact with their equipment.

I'd be really interested in this! I have a HERMS electric brewing system based on Kal's theelectricbrewery.com set up but I'm moving from a house to a small NYC apartment. I love all grain and the electric set up. Consider something like the Braumeister on the morebeer.com website or a brew-in-a-bag concept maybe. I'll stay subscribed to see what you come up with.
