I'm making a blueberry blonde and the worts been bubbling away for two weeks now in the primary and at one point was coming out the blowoff tube. I was going to rack to a secondary on top of the blueberry puree Sunday or should I wait until it slows down more. This is my first time using a secondary so I want to make sure I'm doing it right. The yeast is WLP400.

At two weeks I think its safe to say she's done, sometimes they will bubble for a while after they are done as leftover CO2 comes out of solution, especially if it warms up. I'd feel fine racking that on over... its going to kick off again when it hits that blueberry sugar anyway. It will be more important to make sure it finishes then. Use the good old hydro... let us know how it turns out.

+1 check to see if the gravity is done and stable and then rack that baby over if you want.

OR... give it another week or so to clear further in the primary. Since it's gonna hit those blueberries and start up a bit more fermentation, it might not have as easy of a time clearing in the secondary.

Either way, it should come out fine.
