I"m currently brewing a Cream Ale that calls for transferring from the primary to the secondary after 5-7 days. After reading a few other posts on here, I was curious to see if this is actually necessary? There is no dry hopping involved, and basically the only thing I plan to add is some Vanilla.
If anyone has some suggestions or tips, it would be appreicated
