Hello everyone,
I have just transferred my California common brew from primary into secondary. It fermented for 1 week in the primary at 18 degrees Celsius. Now, I have a pretty cool bathroom without heat - I estimate around 15 degrees c. Should I put the secondary in the coldest location possible to mimic as best I can a lagering process? I plan to keep it in the secondary for about 3 weeks as I am leaving the country for Christmas
Thanks!
