I suffer from a problem I would bet many do, impatience. I have a temperature controlled fermentation area for two carboys..
I need to brew more beer so can I use some of my emplty corny kegs to put the beer in and just bleed out the o2 with c02?
If so I can either store in my keezer at 45 degrees or at room temp...70-80.
Any feedback appreciated.
