There is a restaurant supply store near me that carries a few homebrew supplies as well. Their prices aren't great so I don't usually shop there but they are going out of business and getting rid of everything. Today I picked up 3 lbs. of light DME, a 6.5 gallon fermentor and a vaccuum sealer for $48. I might go back and buy some more DME but all they have left is wheat malt. Anyone use wheat malt for starters? I wouldn't think it would be much different then light malt extract.
