His apple trees are grafted with multiple varieties on each tree. One tree even has 13 varieties on it. He's really into good fruit - he almost knows as much about fruit growing as he does about honey and mead.

Well after reading all 8 pages I immediately went and bought 4 bottles of Schramm's mead from wineguybuys. I was lucky enough to try the HoD at a tasting lately (my first taste of Schramm's mead) and it was one of the best liquids I've ever had, probably top 5. I will forever be ISO of another bottle of that mead!
