Hey guys, I thought it would be nice to hear from everyone your favorite wiring diagram/schematic programs and apps you use when designing your control panels.
I use AutoCAD, but only because I have access to it through work. Automation direct has AutoCAD models of most of the components they sell, so building a virtual panel is pretty easy (assuming you know how to use AutoCAD, that is...)
Given what a license for AutoCAD costs and how complex it is, it's probably not a good solution for most homebrewers, but if you have access to it, it can't be beat for accurate drawings.
