Scaled Batches

Hello, I recently scaled a 5 gallon batch using Beersmith down to 1 gallon. Noticed the 1 pkg of yeast was also reduced to 0.2... Should really reduce or pour it all in??? Thx

It depends but, most likely use only part of the pack. Use mr. Malty to find out. Is it high gravity or a lager? If not, 1/5 - 1/4 of a package is enough.

The target gravity is about 1.042.... I'll go with your advice, thanks!
