This is a great IPA from a local brewer, Black Acre in Indy, I would love to make a go at making something along these lines. The brewery puts their ingredients, etc right on their website:

http://blackacrebrewing.com/newsite/portfolio/saucy/

ABV: 7.2%
IBUs: 75

SRM: 45

Malts: 2 Row, Rye, Crystal 60, Carapils, White Wheat
Hops: Falkoner’s Flight, Columbus, Mt. Hood

Yeast: Chico

Water Profile: RO with additions of calcium sulfate

Fermentation Temperature: 68 Degrees

I'm very new to brewing, only a few batches under my belt, so don't really know how to go about building the proper grain bill/hop schedulre to hit these #s.

Will be doing BIAB method, as large as possible in my 30qt turkey fryer pot. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I assume your an Indy guy too? Saucy Intruder is one of my go to local brews. I've been trying to find a recipe also. Google "Denny Conn's wrye smile IPA". It has the same ingredients with the exception of the dry hop. Substitute the 1oz of Columbus for falconers flight. I'm going to brew this up this weekend. I'll let you know...
