I just bought a kegerator that came with 2 10lb bottles, one sanke 1/6th keg and regulator, I was wondering what I would need to convert over to use corny kegs? Would I need to just buy new lines from regulator to keg? Obviously take off the sanke hook up. I'm just getting into kegging and I got this for the right price. Thanks.

Use the Sanke. I use mine with a snap ring for easy cleaning, cleaned 4 today. I do use cornys for secondarys and aging. I use Sankys for serving. If you do make the conversion let me know I would be interested in the old keg and coupler.

Oh I forgot to answer the main question, a gas and liquid disconnects and a keg all else is the same. I prefer MFL connections as it makes changes and cleaning easier.
