Hey all,

Ive started my kegging setup using Sanke Kegs. So far, so good, really like them, but I do have one question regarding carbing:

Is there issue with me carbing with the serving line on? Should I plug the serving line somehow until the beer is carbed, then connect the serving line?

Thank you,
E

I use sanke kegs. Always have left the beer line on and attached to the faucet even when I burst carb at 35psi. (Don't use high psi with picnic taps though. They don't hold up to that much pressure.)

Awesome thank you, and thanks about the note on high pressure. I actually have a sparkling water setup on a picnic tap, so I'll tone it down until I can get the perlics
