Sanke keg adapters

O I'm looking into getting a commercial keg adapter, but will likely be getting a lot of 1/4 and maybe 1/6 kegs. Will a standard domestic tap fit these kegs, and will they fit imported European kegs also?

The standard Sankey tap will fit domestic Sankey kegs, be they 1/2 barrel 1/4 barrel or sixtel. If you want to use a European Sankey keg then you will need a European Sankey tap.
