So every time I drink one of my bombers I rinse it out with hot tap water a few times shaking it out and making sure no beer or yeast is left behind.

Then I spray a bunch of starsan inside and shake the bottle around to coat the entire inside and let the bottles sit in a cabinet with the starsan still inside til im ready to bottle.

when its time to bottle i typically dump the old starsan in the bottle and spray the necks and openings of each bottle down with more starsan.

is this a good method?

interesting.
I just rinse like you do, then drain it. Store it (not upside-down or anything) till bottling time.
Bottling time - I rinse them with warm water, then hit them with the starsan (from vinerator)
Never had any issues with this.
