Hey guys, have a bit of an issue, last night I made a batch of orfy's hobgoblin and everything was going well but I asked my girl to hand me something and she knocked my bowl full of sanitizer off the counter and a few oz of it landed in my ale pale right after I had pitched the nottingham. I know there's been some issues w/ notty yeast documented on these forums but was wondering what your take on it is as I'm not seeing any signs of fermentation (and I'm not just talking about the air lock bubbling). Will it ferment or will that bit of sanitizer have killed my yeast and possibly worse; made my beer not safe to drink. I'd guess probably 3-5 oz made it into the bucket. I'm really hoping it's salvageable as this was my first AG batch and the wort was delicious.
