Here is a dumb question. I am going to dry hop a batch of beer I have going. The hops for the beer have been sitting in the frig in a hop bag for a few days. Can I hit them with starsan? Any other ideas

You need to sanitize the bag, but not the hops! What I do is sanitize the bag, then open the hops package and add them right away and then dryhop. Am I understanding that the hops are already in the hops bag? If so, take them out and put them on a sanitized/clean surface. Sanitize the bag. Then add the hops to the bag.

So do nothing to the hops, just the bag. I did touch the hops on brew day, I bought in bulk for this one recipe

You are dry hopping a beer that is fermented out and is less easily infected. Dont worry about it to much about touching them a little.
