Sanitize HEPA Aeration Filter?

Hey all, I'm about to use an aquarium aeration device for first time and am sanitizing. Can I put the whole tube, HEPA filter included, into my starsan bucket? Will that ruin it?

My aeration stone is stainless and that's what I do , don't see why you couldn't with an aquarium stone.
