Aloha,
Been kegging for a while but mostly just using a cobra tap for pouring. I just finished a 4 tap 6 keg keezer / collar build and am wondering how often or if at all I should be running sanitizer through all the beer lines, quick disconnects and spigots. I never had before with the cobra tap and would usually switch the tap from keg to keg never sanitizing it, but now having them hooked up continually, do I risk infection from anything moving back into the keg from say the inside of the spigot being dirty? I just bought new hoses, new disconnect and spigot, hooked it up and started serving. Now I'm thinking maybe these should be sanitized too?
Thanks in advance!
