Hey all. Someone recently gave me a bunch of Samuel Smith bottles - a few Christmas beers and a few “Tsingo” or something. wasn’t expecting much but man they hooked me quick. no idea what style that is but i’m hoping someone has a reasonable clone of that style - probably 8-9%, raisin-y, toffee-Ish, very “english” tasting on the yeast side.
