What a great sight. Did my first brew and I see bubbles.

Who would of thunk it. My excitement of seeing bubbles in the airlock at 45 year of age is the same as my 5 year old in the backyard with a bubble machine.

What a great hobby and sight.

Thanks all for the advice and information this board offers to us newbies

Lol it's cool right? Just remember not to rely on your bubbles for gauging when your beer has stopped fermenting, always use your hydrometer...
And when you start using blow off setups its even more fun...bigger, loud bubbles haha...have fun!

Even now, every time I see bubbles the next morning...

You should've seen me when my yeast cultures (a la The Complete Joy of Homebrewing) started bubbling. SWMBO enjoyed it quite a bit too :)
