On their web site, they list every beer they make, the ingredients, and the characteristics. They also show the "OG" of every beer and I don't understand where they get it. These numbers are all in the 1.010 to 1.025 range - looks to me like FG numbers instead. I sent them an email but they didn't answer.

Also, they have a no. like "13 (degree) P". What does that mean?

° P (Plato) is just another way to read gravity of your beer.

Your hydrometer probably has a SG and a ° Plato scale on it, possibly even a brix scale on it as well.
