Grain/Sugars:
9.00 lbs. Pilsner Malt(2-row)
1.00 lbs. White Wheat
1.00 lbs. CaraMunich Malt
0.50 lbs. Flaked Oats
1.00 lbs. medium candied syrup
Hops/Spices:
0.50 oz. US Liberty @60 min.
0.50 oz. US ahtanum, @60 min
0.50 oz. US ahtanum @30 min.
1.00 oz. US ahtanum, @15 min.
.5 tbsp crushed coriander @5min
.25 ounce sweet orange peel @ 5 min
White labs wlp565 saison 1
Grain Lbs: 11.5
Water Qts: 14.30
Single infusion mash @ 152deg for 60 min sparge with 170 deg. Boil for 60 min adding the medium candied syrup at the beginning of the boil.
Will ferment for 10 days starting at 70 stepping up to 75 then to 78 deg over the first 5 days and will bottle condition for 4 weeks. taste and will update! I can't wait to see what the yeast can do with this!
