I so I want to make a saison here is what I have come up with so far it's a bit darker but still to style tell me what you think

IBUs: 24.9 IBUs Color: 7.5 SRM

Water

12.0 oz - Vienna Malt (Weyermann)
Mash addition (6.6%) - 3.0 SRM

13.2 oz - Wheat, Torrified
Mash addition (7.3%) - 1.7 SRM

8 lb 8.0 oz - Pilsner (2 Row) Bel
Mash addition (75.0%) - 2.0 SRM

12.0 oz - Munich Malt - 10L
Mash addition (6.6%) - 10.0 SRM

8.0 oz - Candi Sugar, Amber
addition (4.4%) - 75.0 SRM

1.00 oz - East Kent Goldings (EKG)
Boil 60 min (15.0 IBUs)

0.50 oz - Goldings, East Kent
Boil 30 min (6.3 IBUs)

1.00 Items - Whirlfloc Tablet
Boil 15 min

1.00 tsp - Yeast Nutrient
Boil 15 min

If you want to play with color then midnight wheat will get you there.

Why do you add nutrient twice? Otherwise it looks yummy. I'd also do a 90 minute boil due to all the pilsner malt. I saw your first hop addition at 60 and couldn't tell if you were planning for a 90 min boil.

Let us know how it turns out!
 
I'm on the fence about a 75 min mash and or 90 boil

Yeah both would work at 148 to 150

Looks pretty good. If it was me I probably would cut out either the Vienna or Munich and up the pils. I do not see the need for both. But it can work as written.

This is what I did 75 min mash 90 min boil and I kept it simple I will tweak it later
