Brewed a Saison. It's at 1.002, all done. Should i cold crash it, like down to the same temp as kegerator which is 40deg, or leave it warm like 65deg maybe ?
 
If you want extra clarity, you can chill the beer down before packaging. If you are satisfied with the clarity and the beer does not have an undesirable yeast flavor, you can go ahead and package.
