I've noticed that the Sam Adams Latitude 48 IPA and Noble Pils both seem to use the same flavor hop. I'm inclined to think that it's Spalt Spalter. Anyone care to confirm or give their opinion? I've made the Noble Pils before and it was close but not perfect.

Luckily Sam Adams lists all of their ingredients online:

Noble Pils: Hop Varieties: Hallertau Mittelfrueh, Tettnang Tettnanger, Spalt Spalter, Saaz, and Hersbrucker Noble hops

Latitude 48: Hop Varieties: Hallertau Mittelfrueh Noble hops, East Kent Goldings, Zeus, Simcoe®, and Ahtanum

Looks like the Mittelfrueh is the only common link, but with so many other hops I'm surprised them taste so similar. I haven't had the IPA yet, so I can't comment from personal experience.
