I brewed a maple pale ale on the 18th. OG was 1.072. I was going to pitch another s-05 figuring I would have the same problem with it as I had with the previous couple batches. Couldn't get to the HBS. I increased the temp from 60 to 65 on the 26th. Checked gravity today and it is sitting at 1.014. Still some activity. I guess I will try rebrewing the Stone or DFH and ferment at a bit higher temp before I try increasing yeast.
