S-05

Hi all....can anyone tell me if S-05 is known to be a fast fermentor?
The real "active" looking fermentation seems to have slowed considerably in about 30 hours.

It is fast.

Leave it two weeks, then check the SG.

I have used it about 6 times and each time has been fast. 2-3 days usually for the really active part.

I use it for my IPA. Starts pretty fast and is very active for the first three days or so. I really like it.

I have it in an American Brown Ale and within 12 hours it was cranking. Now, 48 hours after pitching things look pretty calm
