This is my first brew using my own hops that I grew, It's my first year growing so I had enough to one batch. I wanted to post this earlier and get some feedback but my wife's due date just got bumped up a week so I had to do it yesterday. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: 18g Safale 05 rehydrated
Batch Size: 5.25 gallons
OG: 10.050
EST FG: 10.009
IBU: 33.4
Boiling Time: 60 minutes
Color: SRM 7.81
Primary Fermentation: 10 Days at 63 to 66 degrees

Grain Bill
8 lb Crisp Best 2 row
2 lb rye
8 oz crystal 80

Hops
1.1 oz Cascade 4.9% FWH
.7 oz Chinook 9.1% 60 minutes
1 oz Cascade 1 minute

I hope to dry hop with whatever cascade I can get in a couple of weeks since there were still some that weren't ready to pick when I last harvested. Also I calculated the hops at the low end of their ranges since this is my first year.

Mashed at 153 for 1 hour, batch sparged with 170 water, collected approximately 6.75 gallons of wort

It looks good to me! I love rye, and I think that's about the right amount.

I didn't harvest ANY hops this year as I've been so busy. Your recipe makes me want to run out and harvest my cascade and chinook (and maybe the centenntials).
