.5lb White Wheat Malt
.5lb Crystal 65L

Mash 150F for 60mins

1oz Sterling @ 60
1oz Cascade @ 10
1oz Willamette @ 10
1oz Chinook @ 5
1oz Cascade dryhop
1oz Willamette dryhop

Ferment 14 days @ 65 ambient w/ s05 slurry

5.0 abv
51 IBU

Hoping this finishes nice and dry. Should be a good summer quaffer w/o being too strong.
