Hello, been getting consistent FG readings now. Brewed this on the 17th of Feb.

Could it be ready for bottles already? I assumed a heavy beer would take a month to ferment out...

Any advice appreciated.
 
It may very well be done fermenting, but some aging time would be appropriate. An RIS could certainly benefit from some time in secondary. Bottling after only two weeks isn't wise for a big brew. I personally would rack it and forget about it for at least a month.
