Rubber stoppers

Should I be worried about the rubber smell getting into my wine.
Should I boil them to help get rid of there smell??
I made a test gallon and I thing I can smell the rubber in the wine..
What should I do??

I run them through the dishwasher a few times, then I soak them in lemon juice for 24 hours before using them. The smell doesn't go away completely with this treatment, but it goes away for the most part.
