I'm hoping to pick your minds a bit. I've had a bunch of brett beers in the last many years and one characteristic that I pick out in about half is Rocket candy.
Just wondering if any of you have noticed this before and what brett strain it might be. One example is the brett saison from les trois mousquestaires. I've checked their site and couldn't find a specific strain.
