Hah! It's good enough for Genessee! You could make a clone batch of Genny Cream Ale! You might want to get some right out of the Genessee right before it dumps into Ontario. There used to be a good bar right down in Summerville where the river empties into the lake. Thye used to have great wings, it's been over 20 years since I've been there, can't remember the name of the place and don't know if it's still in existance or not but it was cool because you could have a drink outside on the rocks and watch the boats going out into the lake.
