I bought a few kits from them in January, as well as some kits from Northern Brewer. I just brewed my third Ritebrew batch yesterday. So far, so good. All of my kits have had DME, whereas Northern Brewer has LME.
I bought a Sierra Nevada clone, an Amber Ale, a Honeyweizen (for my wife) and a Blonde Ale. The Sierra Nevada clone is really good, and my wife loves the Honeyweizen. I'll know more about the Blonde Ale in about two weeks.

I don't buy kits but I order all my bulk grain from ritebrew, they have excellent prices and great service. The cost of a sack of German pils is actually cheaper with shipping to Chicago than buying the same sack down the street at my lhbs.
What yeast do you use with that honeyweizen and what temp do you ferment it at? Sounds tasty.

I love Ritebrew. Love the grain selector to buy ounces, make my own recipes (okay, shamelessly pilfer and copy HBT recipes), Neil even has a double crush option for us BIAB-ers, and with shipping it's still cheaper than my LHBS. Love them. Awesomesauce.
[Edit: oh, but in answer to your actual question, no, I've not tried the kits. Bought plenty of grains, hops, yeasts, hardware and root beer extract. But not the kits]

I don't do kits as a general rule, but I've had good experiences ordering from Ritebrew.
I've bought a number of kits from right brew. They shipped to me in good shape and I never had any issues ( bad beers) from them. The prices are great compared to some of the larger online stores. I recommend them.
+1 RiteBrew. I ordered equipment and a few kits from Neil when first starting to brew years ago. Then switched to selected DME and steeping grains for crafting my own recipes, and then settled on all grain BIAB. RiteBrew is still my exclusive choice for brew stuff.
