I brewed Sunday, and with about fifteen minutes left to my boil, I realized I was going to run out of propane. I ended up throwing all the rest of my hops in (and spices; brewed a Christmas Ale) and I ended up completely running out of propane a few minutes later. Ended up boiling for about 50 minutes. An hour is obviously a typical boil, so my question, what's the risk/harm in boiling a little less than 60 minutes? My assumption is, it's not the end of the world and I'm sure it'll turn out just fine, but what are other thoughts?
