Longtime lurker here to post a recipe that has done rather well at a few competitions. This recipe is for 5.5 gallons.

15.0 lb 2-Row (US)
4.5 lb Munich (BE)
2.5 lb Flaked Oats
2.0 lb Chocolate (UK)
2.0 lb Crystal 45L (UK)
1.5 lb Roasted Barley (BE)

1.5 oz Magnum (US) 60 min
1.0 oz Columbus (US) 25 min
1.5 oz Columbus (US) 10 min

Safale S-04

Mashed at 152 for 90 minutes. 60 minute boil.
 
Holy crap. I can't even get that much grain in my mash tun. Recipe looks great.
 
What's the fermentation temperature profile you have used and how long it took?
