Rinsing Lager Yeast Strain

I am struggling to see what yeast to keep and what part of the slurry to dump for rinsing my lager yeast. I attached two photos.

I cant seem to find a line between the trub and the healthy yeast.

You can just dump one jar in the next batch without washing. Most of my jars I can barley make out the yeast but they always take off and finish at correct FG

Trub does absolutely no harm. I suck up every drop out of BK. Eventually it all gets transferred to the next batch.

Decant...shake up and reuse...very simple and effective
 
+1, washing is a waste of time IMO. Pitch the slurry, trub and everything.
